I work with organisations and individuals at moments of change, helping them get clear on who they are, what they stand for, and how to actually live that out. You might call it "Brand" or you might call it "Culture"; I call it working with you to make that growth possible.

I work with leadership teams, founders, and growing businesses through workshops, strategy, and the kind of honest, ego-free conversations that are hard to have from the inside.

I'm a proud generalist, with a lean towards creative thinking, communications, brand and entrepreneurialism.
